the trip to sta. maria, laguna to witness the kalakal festival was a zigzaggy one. i was fine with it but not cailean. she was nauseaus in the middle of the trip. actually, she threw up. she was fine tho' afterwards. we visited the church in the barrio and watched the festival's street dancers, the coronation of the immaculate mary and the fireworks. the festivities started after the rain.
bought buko pie, lanzones and rambutan on our way back to tandang sora the next day.
